Reservation Policy
To confirm the reservation, you must make the 50% deposit of the total amount of the stay and send the scanned receipt to the email celita.falcao@terra.com.br . The reservation will only be completed after sending the receipt. The lock-term apartment 24hr s. The 50% deposit amount paid will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled.
Check In and Check Out
Check-In: 14:00 / Check-Out: 12:00
The remaining amount will be paid at check-in in cash.
At check-in, a security deposit of R$400.00 will also be paid
(Four hundred reais) in cash that can be used to reimburse damages caused by the lessee of the property or its assets. If there is nothing to deduct from the deposit,
it will be returned to the lessee after the inspection is made on the last day of the season,
when the property is vacated.
* Pets are not allowed.
* We do not provide bath towels.
Cancellation Policy
The 50% deposit amount paid will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled.
